Wyandot Sports Hall of Fame Committee

The Wyandot Sports Hall of Fame committee is made up of three representatives from each of the five current school districts with large populations in Wyandot County – Carey, Mohawk, Riverdale, Upper Sandusky and Wynford.

In addition, there are three at-large candidates who have no particular tie to any one school district or who have ties to multiple districts.

Committee members are committed to representing their district and previous districts that were consolidated into their district. But they also are expected to vote without prejudice.

The committee meets the second Wednesday of the month, except in summer. They are required to attend a majority of each year’s meetings to be eligible to vote for candidates. Please talk to any member if you have something you wish to be considered at each meeting or if you are interested in being a committee member in the future.

Committee members officers are:

President – John Knickel

Vice President – Keith Baker

Secretary – Virginia Motter

Treasurer – Mike Babcock

Legal adviser – Katherine Collins*
