Wyandot Sports Hall of Fame

The Wyandot Sports Hall of Fame hosted its fifth annual induction banquet at 6 p.m. April 18, 2015 at the Masters' Building at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds, Upper Sandusky. The ceremony included a catered meal, recognition of county All-Ohioans and All-Americans from the past year, awarding of scholarships and induction of this year's class.

1968 Riverdale football team

Six individuals and one team were inducted into the fifth class of the Hall of Fame and receive plaques in honor of their accomplishments. In addition, All-Ohio athletes from Carey, Mohawk, Riverdale, Upper Sandusky and Wynford high schools were honored and 10 scholarships were awarded.

Guests were treated to a catered meal and had the opportunity to congratulate the honorees for what they have done for Wyandot County sports during their lives. Programs also were provided, highlighting the accomplishments of each inductee.
